Arriving at your door in 1 - 4 business days or half your money back.

For all orders that are placed before 2pm on week days will be shipped the same day. For all orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following business day. Your money back guarantee will start on the day that your items are shipped.

Important!

This money back guarantee is calculated based off the full price of the items. So if any discount is used for the order the 50% will be calculated based off the full price of the items. Therefore if a 20% discount was used, you will be further refunded another 30% of the order to equate to 50% of the full price item.

Example 1:

If James orders a 20 pack of Multitool blades at 12:30pm on Monday. We have until 2pm Friday to have his multitools at his door or we will refund him half his money back.

Example 2:

If Jackie orders a 10 pack of Jamb Saw blades at 3:45pm on Monday. We have until 2pm the following Monday to have her Jamb Saw Blades at her door or we will refund her half of her money back.

Do we offer returns or replacements?

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases in our store. We ask you kindly to please select carefully when choosing your item.

Replacements

We have a 7 days replacement offer on any single product that arrives damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be return in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. Once received we will decipher if the replacement is eligible for a replacement, and then send out the replacement item.
